About this practice
The Bournemouth New Forest & District Branch of the RSPCA operates a veterinary clinic in Bournemouth. Great staff, even better service
Read on Google →Very experienced and knowledgeable vet. Happy with the service overall.
Read on Google →Receptionist made me anxious ringing up after seeing other reviews but i assumed it was from varying situations of heightend enotions. However the receptionist shouldnt be making personal comments or attacks at those enquiring. Making a dig to me about the fact i rescued my dog from abroad and how theres loads of dogs in the UK who need homes was very unprofessional. I have this current dog after our other passed away and i donated money i raised to a bunch of charities in her name. I saw her and fell in love. Ive worked for charities, dog rescues and animals all my life until i got sick. Ive rescued UK animals! Making personal digs to people enquiring about vet care when you have 0 idea of their circumstances is mean spirited and judgemental. Dont put other people down for helping animals, regardless of where they came from. Having worked in rescues i know just how difficult it can be to rescue from UK rescues. Keep your opinions to yourself and do your job.
