No support, advice or answers as to why my dog is drinking insane amounts of water. After a blood test and urine sample still no answers and my dog is still drinking loads. Absolute joke.
Read on Google →The vet didn't explain how putting my cat to sleep would work. English was clearly not their first language. I didnt understand what would happen. I watched the life leave my cats eyes and her body go limp in a matter of milliseconds without knowing. Im thankful she went quickly without pain, but the sight was extremely traumatic and i dont think it will ever leave my head. The vet had no empathy or emotion. I understand they see this daily but it felt inhuman. They said they could not do anything about my cats condition before the euthanasia. The only thing they could recommend was another private vet that would squeeze every last penny i had. Even then they were unlikely to be able to do anything. The vet plans keep you contracted for a year unless you pay a large leaving fee. They care more for the money than your pet.

Read on Google →Tom is amazing, on the level, down to earth, fantastic with my fur baby Lolly. Bought her in today as found a lump so was proper panicking as she's only young. He was not concerned so that was a massive relief. Very complimentary of how Lolly is looked after. Really really happy with his service and will be always going to him moving forward. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They are that good, even though I moved out the area I still choose to bring my pets here. Thank you so much. See you in July. Alex and Lolly
