  What can I say. I am extortiately picky when it comes to my furries. My late boy was originally with a different vets who gave him a warranted fear. Nick handled Sully beautifully. Sully had his paw injured by a DIFFERENT PRACTICE out of area. It causes a tumour that was inoperable due to his size and old age. Now here's the magic. Nick kept Sully well and on pain medication giving him a fantastic last year. I was in hospital and The Team knew the importance of us having a short time together before we had to say goodbye when he was just under 13 this March. We were treated with the absolute utmost empathy and care. My time with him when he was asleep wasn't rushed. Easily made the hardest decisions we have to make, easier for me to cope with. Everything was handled beautifully, and my new kittens are registered healthy and I know I have a bloody FANTASTIC VET IN NICK. THE WHOLE TEAM IS BLOODY MARVELLOUS. The actual practice itself is spotless, roomy and if you ask to see where they're looking after your beloved furries, they will put you at ease. With separate waiting areas and places to calm cats, this is a vetinary practice that is going to give Sandicroft a run for top spot!! Bloody fantastic.

  Both my dogs had surgery a while ago and they gave our dogs great care before and after surgery. We would also like to say a massive thank you to the team at riverside vets for helping us with the loss of 1 of our dogs who needed emergency care after an accident! We sadly lost Barney a week ago and the team was so helpful and so caring towards him even on his journey over the rainbow bridge 🌈

  We can't recommend Riverside enough. Daisy is our very spoilt border collie and when she suddenly got sick, Nick and Rob were dedicated to finding out what was wrong while providing the best care for her. We feel very supported with the team, they communicate and accommodate and they understand that our dog isn't just a pet but part of our family. We have been coming to them for nearly two years and don't have any complaints. Highly recommend.

  I am so glad I changed to Riverside vets, extremely helpful, professional and take time to chat about your pet. They have always offered the best advice and care for my aging Spaniel who has addisons disease and not wanting to do blood tests on every prescription like the previous vets. Highly recommended.

  Excellent experience at Riverside vets, I have never been to a more friendly, welcoming and reassuring veterinary practise. From the first interaction over the phone, to in practise with every staff member who works there, their service is second to none. They looked after my kitten so well and kept me informed about her procedure without me having to chase up, it’s worth mentioning their costs are also extremely reasonable too. I would recommend this practice to anyone wanting the most premium care for their pets, you can be rest assured they’re cared for by the warmest of teams. Thank you so much
