  I have been with the practice for years now and would recommend it to anyone. The team there are so friendly, helpful and it really feels as though they care about my pets and myself. Whenever I have needed help and advice they have been thorough and patient, and always take time and care. After recently having to have one of my cats put to sleep the care, compassion and help I received made the whole process that little bit easier. The reception team are a massive asset to the practice, all of them are just amazing. Haley, one of the vets there, was absolutely wonderful, one of the best vets I have seen in years of having pets now.

  ​I can't say enough about the wonderful care we received at Parkside Vets. Mr. Gemmill is an absolutely fantastic vet—he is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring. ​He took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and empathy. It’s clear that he puts the well-being of the animals first and treats them with the utmost kindness. We felt completely at ease, knowing our dog was in such good hands. I highly recommend Mr. Gemmill and the entire team.

  Couldn't recommend this vets more! The reception staff are amazing, they care about both animals AND their human carers! I was a nervous wreck with my kittens and they were so lovely. The vets and nurses obviously love animals, they answer all questions and keep you up to date with info. They also respond to emails very quickly. Plenty of parking and it's very clean and cool inside the reception area with a little boxed off area for cats (or other scared pets, I assume) Moose and Lily are very well looked after here
