  Searched for ages trying to find the right vets for our new kittens and came across regency vets, these are our first time pets so very new to all of this! First of all the receptionist are absolutely lovely, there’s a gentleman there (sorry can’t remember his name) who I first spoke with who is absolutely lovely! But the whole team are, everyone I’ve encountered is caring, kind and patient. They really take the time to explain things to you and put your mind at ease. We had the kittens spayed on Monday which I was very worried about, but they couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. The surgery itself was very well done and the kittens have come back like nothing ever happened! They said we could come pick them up at any time which was super helpful around work which is very hectic! I’m so glad we chose them and I couldn’t praise them more! The prices are very good but too, so if you’re looking for a new vets you should absolutely choose them! Thank you so much for looking after our little kittens! - Amelia

  10/10 experience with regency- I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. First visit today for a procedure (I’m a farm vet myself so take care of day to day stuff at home). Honestly I was so impressed from start to finish. The clinic itself is stunning: so bright, airy and spotless. The reception team were incredibly kind, friendly and professional, and so good with communication. The rest of the team is equally lovely! Procedure and costs all explained, I left my dog there feeling very reassured and confident. Alex was brilliant, an excellent vet: he explained things really well and clear, did a very good job with the procedure, was very patient with my questions and so so good with Scrumpy!! He had such a nice time that when we went to leave he kept trying to stay with them and get back to the kennels 🤦‍♀️ The pricing is extremely reasonable too. You wouldn’t ever find a better vets around. Thank you so much to all the team today! We look forward to the next visit!

  We changed recently to Regency and are really happy we did. The reception team are wonderful. We get to see the same vet if we need to so that we can get that continuity of care without having the pressure put on us to explain every detail yet again. We are never rushed in appointments, which is handy when you have a few quirky conditions going on. The whole practice just has a lovely vibe. I grew up watching all creatures great and small (the older version) and I had come to miss that relationship and trust you can build with your vet - we wanted to find somewhere we could get to know a vet, as well as them get to know us and our dogs history. Regency definitely provides this - Keep doing what you are doing Regency!

  I can't rate Regency Vets, high enough. They have all been wonderful, every time we've needed to see them or when I've been away from home and I've needed advice or repeat prescriptions. My two dogs love the attention they receive from Molly and Craig when they walk through the door. What a great team, thank you very much. Lots of love from Saoirse and Murphy xx

  Professional, friendly and compassionate treatment from everyone we met. I was quickly registered with the practice and seen the same day. Molly took our details over the phone and we were warmly greeted by Craig. Chloe was assessed by Olivia who was gentle and gave plenty of reassurance. We were both put at ease by Olivia’s kind and caring manner. I’m pleased to say Chloe is doing well. Thank you.
