My 8 year old mini Dachshund Neville Longbottom had to have a dental and teeth removed on Tuesday , I trusted totally in Rackheath vets to look after him as an anxious dog Mum due to Nevilles previous IVDD he needed extra care and the team took this seriously and I knew he was in good hands!! the reception team are always lovely and happy to help, he was seen very quickly again when I was concerned after the procedure and is now recovering well! Such a fantastic practise highly recommend them!

I’m beyond sad because we have now had to have our beautiful beloved dog put to sleep but the care we’ve had from Chris and the team has been second to none. Atilla, our Cairn had some big issues and the care and treatment has been superb from the whole team. The professionalism begins as you walk in. So very caring - and the vets actually listen to the owners. I’ll be eternally grateful for the compassion on our lovely boys last day. Rackheath vets go way above and beyond to get things perfect for animal and owner. They have my heartfelt thanks forever.

Chris was our lovely Zeus first vet when we arrived to England. Always extremely professional, thoughtful and caring. As soon as he retired and opened a new venture - Rackheath Vets - we transferred Zeus and then Amber to his practice. And again, amazing team with Amber even when we were away on holidays and she had to be seen, over the phone are helpful friendly and extremely understanding. Zeus passed away not long ago and again I will never forget how Chris comforted me and supported us through the whole process. In the meantime, with our new puppy Eagle they have again been exceptional. I highly recommend them as they are by far the best in the area putting our dogs needs and ours first. Thank you to the whole team.

We’ve registered our kitten and seen the lovely vet Natalie and the amazing nurses. Natalie was very informative re all things kitten care and involved my children. The nurses inspired my 10 year old and she now wants to be a veterinary nurse. Everyone that works at the vets has been very kind and welcoming. They clearly love the animals and all the staff seem very happy in their workplace which is always a great sign. Thank you Rackheath Vets.

Bailey was so very special to us, and Chris was just the perfect person to be there at the end of his life. Chris was kind, gentle, warm - everything you could wish for in a person to care for your pet. There are not enough thank you’s I can say, it really meant the world to us. Holly, Paul and family x
