I've been using Priory Vets since 1991 & I have always received excellent treatment for my animals. Today I met a new vet, Emma. She was amazing with Betty, my very timid rescue dog. She was so gentle, spoke in a calm and soothing voice and handled Betty with great kindness. It was a really positive experience for Betty and we'll be requesting Emma again next time she needs to see a vet

What a fabulous vet. I would always recommend and refer people to take their animals here. From the staff on the front desk, to the vets & nurses seeing to our furry family members. Everyone has always been amazing! But especially when it came to my little man’s last days. The team were so compassionate and kind, before, during and after his passing. They’d always done what they could for him and his issues. A very heartwarming touch was a card from the team after losing my little man of 14.5 years. Plus their kindness upon collection of his ashes. Thank you all.

Brilliant practice whose staff somehow make going to the vet a pleasant experience for our dog and for us. We have complete confidence in them and it’s great to know they are there for us 24/7 in an emergency. They also provide an online video vet service, which we have used several times

I've had experience with Priory Vets for many years now, both in a professional capacity as a Dog Trainer and as a client, and I cannot fault their care, professionalism and compassion. They are extremely supportive, understanding, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your pet’s wellbeing. My dog Buddy, with all his issues, is a regular visitor and despite all his treatment, he still loves the team. They are an incredible veterinary practice and I highly recommend them.

Miss Darci, had an operation in December 2023 to remove some lumps which thankfully turned out to be cysts and nothing more sinister. From the moment of arrival, Miss Darci was treated like the vvid (very very important doggie) she is. From the receptionists, whilst waiting, where nothing was too much trouble, to the Nurses who collected and then returned Miss Darci, with her day bag of goodies. And finally to our amazing Veterinary Surgeon Amanda. We drive almost 2 hours so we can use Priory Vet services. We have never been to a better practice. As for Amanda Wiltshire there is no better Vet. Her attention to detail, her compassion for both Miss Darci and myself her guardian, the professionalism and expertise is second to none. Having one of your animals unwell, is the most stressful situation and without the above and beyond care received at Priory Vets, it would be even more stressful. Miss Darci, votes a full 5 woofs and I say without hesitation, Priory Vets is not just the best Vets in Surrey but in our opinion the world. (I have lived and experienced Vets around the world) Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do, we are so very grateful and blessed.
