Highly recommend vet ⭐️ our 15 year old cat Mishka had dental procedures under sedation which was a risk. Natalie took great care of Mishka who has recovered brilliantly. She also took time on several occasions over the weeks leading up to Mishka’s procedure and after to explain everything and offer advice. The treatment Mishka received was fantastic. When we picked her up post procedure one of the staff took my 11 year old through to the recovery area to see Mishka and show her where she’d been recovering. A big risk to take for an elderly cat but it has made all the difference and we hope to have her for more years to come. Thank You Natalie and polmont veterinary clinic for providing Mishka with the best care ❤️

Had the misfortune of having my wife take a sick rabbit to this vet. The rabbit died about 3 hours after being dropped off. The bill for an IV drip and some other treatments a whopping £512. The staff were all very kind and symapthetic, but the cost was exorbitant.

This is a wonderful veterinary practice. The staff are very welcoming. They are following the covid rules rigidly. I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone who is looking to get their pets treated. Keep safe everyone

These people have massive hearts! It's the most caring professional practice who treated my fur babies with respect, dignity, love and care. I cannot thank these people enough for the care they took of Jenna our 13 year old cat. We had to make a decision to have Jenna euthanized recently and having her so long devastated me to let her go. These people were so amazing not just caring for Jenna but the way they were with her oldies being left behind. I requested Jenna's ashes be returned to me which was carried out as promised. They were returned from the Vets and the lady carrying them looked so heavy hearted when handing them over to me. I think we forget these people are human beings and must be switched off to the emotions of euthenising, but in reality they are the loving end to that animals life. And all this with Covid restrictions. They did a fine job and continue to do so day in day out. We received a beautiful card of condolence from the vetinary team a couple of weeks after saying goodbye to Jenna. This was so graciously welcomed. They are amazing!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The vets are patient and take time to explain everything to you. Clean and modern. Great place. They have been great with our wee pup.
