  From the moment I brought my 4-month-old puppy through your doors, I felt completely supported. The team took the time to explain everything I needed to know as a new puppy mum, answering all my questions with patience and genuine warmth. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even enjoyable!   Very kind and patience reception team and vets. The Plunketts team genuinely care about the pets and people that come through their doors. They’ve always been incredibly accommodating for last-minute urgent visits, flexible with appointments and make the time to talk and reassure an often stressed and anxious pet owner! No questions feel too much and they really take the time for you at every step of the journey - from over the phone, to reception, appointment and follow ups. I’d recommend them to everyone.

  Absolutely Outstanding Care and Service! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at this vet surgery. The team is incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional.   Love these vets they have been amazing with our cats..we got a new puppy socks she was under weather & very nervous the vets was great & nurse flick was absolutely amazing with her spent ages on floor and giving her treats she came home very happy girl..thank you too all the staff including lovely receptionists The Regan family
