  Just want to say how grateful I am of all the staff at plunkets. From the first consultation to the end of the aftercare for an operation was faultless. Communication throughout my dealings with plunkets was absolutely spot on. Ive had some troubles with previous vets in the past so it was a breath of fresh air from the moment I walked in with Frodo. Can't thank the team enough. Thank you from Dom and Frodo

  UPDATE: Mips got his welcome pack 😻as promised and he does enjoy visiting this surgery. Really happy to be a regular customer of this place! 5*s *********** What a wonderful surgery. It felt very organised. I registered online yesterday and had an appointment this morning. I took my cat in and was welcomed at a well run reception with separate areas for Cats and Dogs. The receptionist talked me through the perks of joining the Pet Club and I signed up straight away (I did not receive a welcome pack, toys or treats, as mentioned by another reviewer, but I am still glad I joined). The visit with the nurse couldn't have gone better. Roxandra was very professional and thoroughly examined my kitty. She also clipped his nails and administered the 6 month worming treatment. We talked through his diet and habits and I left feeling like we were in good hands. All in all, this practice appears to be very professional and we are looking forward to being a part of the Plunkett family.

  From the moment I brought my 4-month-old puppy through your doors, I felt completely supported. The team took the time to explain everything I needed to know as a new puppy mum, answering all my questions with patience and genuine warmth. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even enjoyable! You also care for my rescue cat, and your team's gentle, compassionate approach has been consistent throughout. Every visit, you treat us with kindness and understanding. It's clear you all genuinely care about the animals in your care and the people who love them. Your practice has given me confidence in looking after my pets, and I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive veterinary team. Five stars without hesitation!

  Truly, I can not recommend Plunketts enough. I've got 5 pets registered with Plunketts and am in there a lot, due to different health issues and the fact that my dog has a death wish and desire to eat anything possible. Every member of staff that we've dealt with has been incredible. The reception team are some of our absolute favourite people, they feel like friends at this point, always so friendly and understanding. We always end up laughing, even if it's a stressful appointment. Special shout out to Lauren, who has always gone above and beyond to help with stuff. The vets and nurses, particularly Hara and Flick, are really knowledgeable and patient (particularly when I cry at them 🤦🏻‍♀️). I'm really over attached to my dog, Dave, and the fact that I trust them hugely with him, speaks volumes. Dave also adores going to the vets, which is entirely due to the people there......and the treats! Huge thanks to the whole team. We will be back in soon, no doubt 🤣

  My Hearing Dog has always been looked after at this practice. The staff and clinicians are kind, compassionate, and very professional.
