I can’t thank the team enough for the care and compassion they showed while treating my dog, Paddy, over the last 6 months. It’s an incredibly difficult time watching your best friend grow old and poorly, but the kindness and support we received from everyone at the practice made such a difference. From the moment we walked in, all of the receptionists were so kind, attentive, and welcoming, which always made us feel cared for and supported. Amy, the veterinary nurse, was incredibly kind and truly amazing at what she does. She held my hand every step of the way through Paddy’s illness and always made us feel safe, reassured, and cared for. Her compassion and warmth meant more than words can say during such an emotional time. Steph was also absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring. I always felt she was completely in control and making the very best decisions with Paddy’s best interests at heart. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication gave us so much comfort throughout the entire journey. Thank you all so much for everything you did for Paddy and for us over those 6 months. We will always be grateful for the kindness, support, and exceptional care you gave him. Thank you again Xxxx

We cannot thank Animal House enough for the compassion and empathy every member of staff showed our family when the time came to say goodbye to out 11 year old family Bulldog Bella. From the advise throughout our difficult journey to receiving a condolences card and small gift in the days that followed, our experience with Animal House is one I would recommend to anyone.

I cannot thank Animal House Vet enough for the love, compassion, kindness, respect & professionalism that they showed me & my perfect little Willow, 🦁 now sadly deceased Tuesday October 7th. 😭💔😭 I hated & mistrusted Vets due to neglect, cruelty & appalling behaviour from my former Vet in Folkestone 😱🤬🤮 - (Corroborated by other Google reviews.) And the sheer incompetence of a 2nd Vet in Folkestone. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So, I was very nervous & very cynical to start with at AHV. When Willow started having seizures 6 months ago, I was blessed to be allocated Debbie Eske 💞 An actual angel!! 😇 Who I trust and respect 💯 Her recommendation of a holistic supplement Nutramarin gave Willow several months seizure free, and side effect free as soon as I put her on them!! 🦁 By a stroke of divine luck, I had tried Willow (An indoor rescue cat) on a harness & lead, and bless her, she trotted STRAIGHT OUT thru the Catio into the garden the very first try!! 💞🪴💞 And spent the summer blissing in the garden! Willow rapidly, out of nowhere, went downhill on my Birthday weekend. 😭💔😭 I’m soo thankful Debbie was there to help my baby girl grow her angel wings with love, kindness, compassion and respect. I can’t thank you enough Debbie!! 🥹 And Rachel Russell too. Who I also respected & trusted 💯 ThanQ for setting up Vidivet that I used several times and found them quick & very helpful. God bless you all at AHV. 🙏🏻 The card & thoughtful pressie in the post are also very much appreciated. 💞

Bulldog friendly vets, I travel here instead of my local area vets as I know my bulldogs are in the best hands, they have great knowledge of the breed and you don’t get the typical bulldog speech about there issues like all the other vets, they simply do a great job with them.
