I was so impressed with how much they really care for loved pets and their owners. I have been with them for 17 years and now in their impressive new quarters and trust them completely. Last week I was treated so kindly arriving bedraggled carrying my very poorly dog they looked after me as well as her. Suffice to say Doris doesnt want to leave there, very unusual for pets and vets. Thank you and well done Pennards.

  • Dr Kate was absolutely amazing – she took care of our whole family of guinea pigs with such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. She shared her medical knowledge so clearly and generously, making sure we understood everything and felt confident about their care. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful. We felt completely reassured knowing our little ones were in such expert hands. Highly recommend!

Pennard Vets has been wonderful looking after my dog Coco. Georgia at West Malling diagnosed Coco’s condition and took bloods. Within the hour Coco was at the Tonbridge branch for a scan. He was then hospitalised at Sevenoaks for care and exploratory tests. Both the day and night vets have kept in touch and explained everything in terms of Coco’s state and treatment planned. Every aspect of Coco’s care has been talked through and agreed. I cannot recommend Pennard vets enough. They have been absolutely wonderful and totally reassuring during a very worrying and difficult time.

Lovely, well-organised practice. The vets are superb and the reception team genuinely helpful – thank you for taking such good care of Reggie 😁🙏❤️🐶 The fact that you’re now a hospital made all the difference for me. Having previously lost a dog at QMH and not been able to see him, this was the decider. Knowing Reggie can be treated and stayed with here gives real peace of mind.

Fabulous veterinary staff at Pennard with superb facilities and modern, clean consulting rooms. Kate is wonderful and is so caring with my timid little cat, super knowledgeable and always has time for you - it’s never a rushed experience. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful and I nice touch is they have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. All round I would highly recommend the Pennard team.
