Great service. As holiday makers you don’t expect to have to see the vet. The whole process was seamless from booking, the receptionist very warm and caring welcome and a very friendly and professional vet. The communication with our home vet was very smooth so the continuity of care could be maintained. Our pet is fine and has developed a skin irritation which we are treating with clear veterinary guidance.

    • We had to make an emergency appointment with this vet surgery whilst on holiday in Cornwall, when our dog presented with sickness, weakness in legs, and pain. The service we received was amazing ,friendly and very efficient. The vet was gentle and kind with our 11 year Australian labradoodle and dealt with him very quickly and professionally. He is not normally easy with the vets at home but seems to know he was very poorly and needed help. I would highly recommend his veterinary practice. Excellent service.

Fantastic and friendly service from start to finish. Really helpful as we had to get a vaccine for our dog before travelling back to Ireland. Highly recommend.

We had to visit the practice when our dog had issues during our visit to Cornwall. The staff at the clinic were so nice and friendly, made us (and our dog) feel at ease and dealt with all our concerns. I cannot thank you enough.
