„Never too much trouble“ would be the headline for my review here. Pretty much all Vets at Penbode including the receptionist have seen me upset and worried at this stage. They take it seriously every time and investigate the problem, and we‘re both happy when my dog is in fact not dying but just needs a good poop. But on a more serious note, my dogs have some ongoing medical issues and I know they are in the best hands. That way we were able to take them all to Europe and on snow adventures, knowing they are pain free and healthy… and when issues occurred I knew Penbode will be on hand to help us through it.

I cannot recommend Penbode Vets highly enough, they are absolutely fantastic! The staff are all so friendly, professional, and caring, and I’ve always felt that my pets are in the best possible hands. A special mention has to go to Pas, the exotic vet, who has been brilliant with my bearded dragon he’s so knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. I also want to thank Kate, who treated one of my cats in an emergency situation last year and carried out surgery she was fantastic made me feel at ease which made such a difference during a very stressful time. And today, Josh saw another one of my cats for her booster vaccine he was incredibly thorough and attentive, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care he provided. It’s clear that everyone at Penbode genuinely cares about the animals they see, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service they provide.
