The vets on the whole are good but lots of very young inexperienced vets now and management treat their vets very badly and the reception and office staff are extremely rude. They also give their vets financial ‘targets’ to hit. Which is why their bills are so huge. This needs to be referred to the governing body. On the whole some good vets but a horrible company to have to deal with.they have got too big for their own boots. Greedy and uncaring.

Had to have a loved member of our family humanely put to sleep. The vet was fantastic and empathetic at this horrible time. Surgery were understanding and excellent customer service.

Best vets ever. My section D recently had sinusitis as a result of tooth root infection and was hospitalised in their amazing hospital in Narbeth. The vets and team were amazing and my boy is home now. Fingers crossed he'll be totally fine. Thanks to all who cared for him.
