The best vets in the area by a mile. Cats are treated with care (having a separate room for owners to wait), which is a rare sight to see. The vets and nurses are outstanding, the receptionists and lovely and the quality of care is above and beyond.

We visited this vets for the first time, our cat wasn't well so we rang up to see if they could see him, they got us in straightaway, registered at the same time. The staff and vet are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this veterinary centre!

Took kitten this afternoon ,arrived at 3.20pm for a 3.30pm appointment to leave at 5.55pm and £195 lighter with now receipt given (only realised when we got home) ni emergencies going on that we could and not crowded either. We were given wrong medication which was meant for the customer who was before us. kitten was taken in the back room without us for injection and ear treatment. Never been to a vet that treats in different room for routine stuff. Quite happy never to step foot in there again , have other pets to register but won't be bothering.

My husband has already left a review this week however I do want to mention again how expensive this vets is. Consultation is £60 and £35 at a nearby vets. (I rang around and checked this week) We have changed to another vet this week as we constantly felt ripped off. My husband forgot to mention on the day of our dogs operation we were never told the procedure was going to be at the oldbury branch. We went to the wednesbury branch by mistake which made us late for her operation by the time we got to oldbury. I think they need to look at their pricing as they are almost double the price of other local vets and it’s unfair people who care for their animals and just can’t afford it. We were shocked to pay £120 for a 5 minute appointment and eyedrops that we since found online for £10. Maybe we could have been advised that there was a cheaper way for us to access the medication.

The very first time I used this vets, they charged me £ 20.25 for a cats worming tablet! Only when I questioned this they then refunded me £12.86 and said they put an "admin" cost on by mistake. This made me very wary and each time I have been I have always asked for a breakdown on a receipt. I have since requested a price for a cat worming tablet from the receptionist to be told she doesn't know the price, how strange! Surely a worming tablet is one price? Today my cat had her annual booster, this has gone up from last year's price from £77.95 to £86.95. I know vets are expensive but this is a massive jump. I then rang round my local vets to price boosters for cats and found a vet which only charges £40, this is a massive difference in price. I have now changed vets. I think it's such a shame for people who are animal lovers and for vets to be charging extortionate prices,so people like me simply cannot afford to look after their pets properly. If one vet can charge £40 for a booster ( this vet is only 5 minutes away )then why is this vet charging £86.95, it's disgusting. Animals should be a priority over money, and animals health and wellbeing should come first not greed.
