  Although our interaction wasn’t on the best terms - the care they showed our Daisie after she had passed was unreal. It was a kindness we will never forget. Staying open late for us to say our final goodbyes, and being so caring towards us and our loss. Even when I called and could barely for a sentence - they were so patient with me. Thank you so much.

  I can't thank you guys enough! Although we had our little best friend put down today it was so heartwarming having all the support from you during this difficult time! Best vets clinic in the area. Never been let down, had my 2 dogs and a cat looked after here and always received so much support and compassion! Thank you for what you do. Thank you for putting so much heart in what you do. ♥️

  Not with this vets but rang for advice and the lady I spoke to was amazing im definitely going to be ringing again to see if any spaces are available for my dog to join this veterinary clinic thank you so much for the information you gave me put my mind at ease will just keep an eye on his lump thank you again

  We have been coming to Bilston Veterinary Clinic for 14 years The care and treatments for Odin were exemplary. The staff treat your pet loke there own. Sadly we lost our boy Odin 16 weeks ago and the pain will never leave us. What I will say is this the service we have always had and even after his passing was second to none. We sat with Odin till he passed in my arms and he stayed home till the next morning we wouldn't take Odin any where else and he would not have liked it either. The next morning we took him in the team were all there we were all emotional but they were so attentive, kind and compassionate They have known Odin since he was a pup it felt like family. They were so dignified and let us stay with him for as long as we wanted too he had already gone but the care was outstanding . Even down to sorting out his cremation. We were not disappointed with the results a lot of thought went behind it all and we could not have asked for a better way of doing it. We would like to thank Steve and Deb and the team for all the hard work in keeping the Clinic to a very high standard. Blessings 💜 to you all 🙏🏾

  Great veterinary practice and I will always recommend them to anyone. They treated our previous staff Shelly for 12+ years whenever she was ill, our jack russell Lady for just shy of 14 years and now they currently treat our 3 staffs Big Bella, Little Bella & Ruby. They get treated that well Ruby never wants to leave and knocks the door to get in😂🤦‍♀️
