    • I visited the practice today for the first time with my 9 week old puppy for an initial consultation. Emily was so welcoming and within minutes my nervous puppy relaxed with her and even felt comfortable enough to fall asleep by her feet. I am anxious to get everything right for my puppy and emily answered all my questions and explained many things. The welcome to the world puppy plan sounds brilliant and knowing I can pay monthly to have unlimited consultations is a huge reassurance that means I can get my puppy checked if I have any concerns. Definitely feel as though I have made the right decision signing up with this practice and I’m sure my puppy will be much more calm visit again soon for routine worming and vaccinations. Thank you!

First visit to Nightingales Vets. Very impressed with all the staff, lovely people. Dr Adam was brilliant with our old Patterdale. Had a follow up visit to ensure the treatment has worked and Dr Emily gave our old dog a very thorough additional exam with a detailed explanation. This was followed up with a written report. Never had this service with any previous vets. Highly recommend Nightingales.

You can really tell that Dr Emily takes the time to understand each animal and explain everything clearly, which makes such a difference. The whole experience has felt reassuring and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know how to begin to explain just how much Nightingale Vets means to me. Dr Emily and the team were there for me and my baby Lola when we really needed them. The empathy, expertise and care was something I had never experienced before, they cared for Lola like she was their own and I’ll be forever grateful to have found them. They understood my close bond with Lola and always had time for us, listening to my concerns with so much patience, understanding and providing excellent treatment and advice. Lola used to be scared of the vets and was very nervous, but never at Nightingale Vets, she felt right at home; safe, calm and cared for. Thank you Dr Emily for helping me make the tough decisions in the best interest of my baby and for holding my hand through one of the most difficult times of my life. I couldn’t have done it without you and everything was exactly as I wanted it to be because of you. I recommend Nightingale Vets to everyone I know, they are the best vets in the world. To Emily and the team, thank you eternally.
