  We registered our Ollie and Charlie (Cavapoo dogs) at Nightingale Vets recently and cannot begin to describe how happy we are with Dr Emily and her wonderful team. We have never experienced the care and attention given to the boys before, our only disappointment is that we did not change vets sooner, all staff go above and beyond to help. We cannot recommend Nightingale Vets any higher it’s a fantastic practice.

  I recently changed Vets to Nightingale - it is the best experience I and my dog have ever had with a Vet Practice. The vets and their staff are calm, friendly and efficient and the ambience is of a really caring and interested Practice.   Emily is an exceptional vet and such a caring, compassionate person. Her kindness, patience and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. As someone involved in our village fete, I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated she is to animal welfare. She runs our annual dog show and, with the current hot weather, has been carefully monitoring the forecast and is prepared to cancel the event if necessary to protect the dogs. That says everything about her priorities – the animals always come first. Our community holds Emily in incredibly high regard, and so many people speak about her with warmth and gratitude. Knowing she is there to care for our pets brings real reassurance. Thank you, Emily, for everything you do for our animals and for the kindness and support you show to the people who love them. We are so lucky to have you as our local vet. ❤️🐾

  I transferred my Marley over to Nightingales vets at the beginning of the year. We were with another vets previously and I didn’t feel it was the right one for us. In and out of the door, not really ‘caring’ Nightingale vets are the COMPLETE opposite. My Marley is a very reactive dog, to many things, and it hasn’t stopped us from attending. They have been so attentive and accommodating for us, booking us in when it’s quieter, giving us as much advice, working with us for his reactivity. I’ve even had a few calls from them to ‘check in’ what I don’t think you’d get anywhere else! All the staff are so so lovely and caring, Marley still has a long way to go with his reactivity, but I know they’ll always be here throughout our journey. Could NOT recommend them anymore. Their membership packages are also very detailed and 100% get your moneys worth!

  Nightingales isn’t just a vets it’s so much more, my pooch never enjoyed going to the vets until now! She jumps straight out of the car onto their couch ( she’s allowed ) and is spoilt rotten by all the amazing staff ! She enjoys the treats and Iam offered a very tasty coffee 😊. Every single person who works there is so compassionate and caring! Nightingales and the staff are more like one big family and I highly recommend using them because when I say we’re off to see Emily my dog wags her tail 🤷‍♂️.. very happy customer here and a big thankyou to you all for looking after my Mollie.
