  Nothing but praise for all the team, our vet referred us here for consultation. All of the team were so kind and helpful. The initial appointment booking was easy. Got text updates during the day which was reassuring. They took care of my insurance for me, all scans completed etc and fortunately Loki doesnt need the surgery we expected which is a relief. However, did find another issue which we will need to keep an eye on. Shane Morrison the vet is out of this world, very kind and gave me atleast 30 mins to explain everything. Nurses were all kind and talkative. Ample parking. Really flexible. Will 100% use again but hopefully wont need to. Receptionists were helpful and friendly from the outset. I dont understand other reviewers commenting on money/costs, its private healthcare, like it or not, having been places without NHS its absolutely no different. Its why we have to be responsible and pay for a decent insurer that pays out and does pre-authorisation claims. But honestly the team are amazing. Thank you so much!

  Credit where credit is due, they truly couldn’t have done any better. My dog had a total hip replacement through christchurch, and I was beside myself at leaving my dog with someone for a few weeks. We have sadly had a bad experience with another vet before where my dog was gravely ill and they failed to act which made me anxious. Christchurch put me at ease so quickly because they kept me updated with photos. Leaving my dog was my worst nightmare and it’s been so much easier knowing the pure skill and knowledge they have. And my dog hates most people so the fact he likes the vets shows how much love he gets from them. I really appreciate how much love they showed him x

  My Springer spaniel Megan was refered to Christchurch veterinary referrals by my local vet for an MRI. I was totally impressed with every aspect of my experience from the receptionist, vet specialist to the vet nurse. All very friendly, polite and helpful. I was seen on time and my consultation both before and after treatment was thorough and unhurried with all my questions answered.Meg came out happily to see me upon collection. She is a very nervous girl and was quite calm relaxed.I received the full and comprehensive report the next morning by 9am and had a follow up phone call after a few days when further results were back. I was told to use their useful app if I thought of any further questions afterwards which was very useful to know. My insurance company who usually quibble over the paperwork provided by the vets were unable to find anything to argue about and paid up straight away!!

  1st class care from the moment we were referred to them. From the clinician who first phoned me, who took time to explain everything that would happen, to the friendly and helpful reception staff. Our surgeon, Raul, took time to explain everything in detail and answered all our questions when performing his initial thorough examination. Excellent response when I contacted them via Vetsapp after my dog came home and I had a couple of questions. All round expert care from a caring veterinary referral centre.

  Very very happy with everything so far!! Receptionist, surgeons , nurses ,physiotherapist, everyone was kind, friendly, caring ,respectful, and very professional. We saw Dr Shane, our dog had a TPLO surgery with him and he is such an admirable and friendly person but also very professional; He had patience explaining everything and answering our questions when we were anxious and scared .He did an amazing job with Keisha’s leg we are super happy with the results so far ; we are at week 4 in recovery and her leg is looking great and she is walking like nothing ever happened. When we removed the patch that was covering the surgery we were shocked at how well and nice her leg is looking and how the stitches and everything was done .wow Wonderful work! We still have a long journey for recovery but so far we are extremely happy with how things went and how everything is looking. At our 4 week consultation we saw dr Tom also and he was friendly, encouraging and nice we even had a good laugh with him remembering our anxiety from when we started this. The receptionists know what they are doing and are always welcoming ,have positive attitudes and are helpful. The whole team is amazing! I am glad we came here and chose this place , It was well worth our journey! Highly recommend ! Thank you!🤎
