We moved from a nearby practice because their service ,which is a multiple practice did not suit our needs. We're so glad we moved to this independent practice. All of the staff are engaged and informed, they offer an individual caring service. At no point do you feel your service is only based on profit margin. We take our dogs abroad and its great that the practice has more than one vet that can issue animal health certificates.

I love this vet practice. Bob and I have always been treated with compassion and kindness by vets, reception staff and vet nurses. The same is true of 'sister' practice in Cranleigh.

Great vet team, always take their time to explain everything fully and ensure our puppy is well looked after. Really love how friendly and personable the staff are and Ziggy loves their gravy bones!!!

Popped in the day they opened and couldn’t believe how warm and friendly everyone was. Feel very relieved to have an independent vet in the village. Signed up and have met the lovely lady vet when getting annual vaccinations for our dog. When walking round the village have popped in to weigh the dog, buy some poo bags, looking for any excuse to visit and chat with the lovely vet nurse Emma! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing experience. I was nervous taking my new noisy rescue dog to the vet for the first time. I needn’t have worried. The calm and caring receptionist/veterinary nurse, Emma, was welcoming, calm and reassuring. We were seen by the veterinarian - Dr Hardman, in a timely fashion, who was able to assess my hound quickly and without causing him ( or me) stress or discomfort. So pleased I chose an independent veterinarian who prides themselves on excellent customer service. My dog voted with his wagging tail, I’m sure yours will too.
