  I can't recommend Mulberry Vets in Binfield highly enough. From our very first consultation through to Mimi's operation, the whole team has been absolutely incredible. Every step of the way they kept me updated, even sending me photos of Mimi while she was with them, which eased my mind more than I can say. Knowing she was happy and being cared for made such a difference, and she was able to come home the very same day. What really stood out was how calm Mimi was. At previous vets she's been nervous, but at Mulberry she was completely at ease. The receptionists, nurses and vets all took the time to make both of us feel comfortable, and winning her over with delicious treats definitely helped earn her trust! The whole experience has been reassuring from start to finish. You can genuinely see how much the team loves animals and that the focus is on providing excellent care rather than charging extortionate fees. Their pricing is fair, their communication is fantastic, and the level of compassion they show is second to none. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Mimi. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mulberry Vets to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary practice.

  I cannot thank everyone at the practice enough for the kindness, compassion and care they showed Apollo during his illness. Every single member of the team, from the receptionists to the nurses, was so caring, supportive and understanding. They always made us feel welcome and took the time to answer our questions and reassure us during an incredibly difficult time. A very special thank you goes to Lucy Chivers. Lucy was absolutely incredible throughout Apollo’s care. She treated him with such kindness, dignity and compassion, and I genuinely felt that she cared about him almost as much as I did. Her knowledge, dedication and empathy meant the world to us, and I will never forget the care she gave him. She went above and beyond, not only looking after Apollo but also supporting me through one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever faced. Thank you all for everything you did for Apollo. I will always be grateful for the love, care and compassion you showed him and our family.

  Just picked up Honey after being spayed. Dropped her off at 8.00 & was kept updated with before & after photos. All done & recovered by 12.00. She was treated with such care by all staff. Now having a nice rest x

  I can’t say enough great things about Mulberry vets! Bailey my ‘old timer’ was one of the original customers of Mulberry vets wokingham! They have seen him through his good years & now in his old age we are regularly, almost weekly, at either the Wokingham practise or Binfield practise! We know all the lovely caring receptionists , to the fabulous nurses & wonderful vets! They are so empathetic & always have the right things to say! I have another dog that at the moment hasn’t needed the vets but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mulberry Vets to anyone !!

  Mulberry house is such a fabulous place to choose to care for your animals. The whole team at both sites from reception staff, nurses, admin and of course the vets are fully committed to their work. Nothing is too much trouble and after care is brilliant too.They are open and honest about costs and will find a way to make treatments affordable.
