  I rarely write reviews, but after reading some of the recent comments, I felt I had to share my own experience. I have four furry babies – Jovi, Joi, Jiya and Jina – and they are my entire world. I don't have family in the UK, and because I live with complex PTSD and anxiety, every vet visit is incredibly stressful for me. Knowing I can trust the team at Molesey Veterinary Centre has genuinely given me peace of mind. Dr. Nic has cared for my pets through so many difficult moments. She helped Jovi with her liver problems, monitored her heart, treated her eye ulcer, and has always taken the time to explain everything clearly. She has looked after Joi through her phantom pregnancy and weight concerns, and performed Jiya and Jina's operations with such care after they were rescued. Every single time, my pets have been treated with kindness, professionalism and compassion. Dr. Darren and the entire team have also been wonderful. Every receptionist, nurse and vet has always treated both me and my animals with genuine care. I have visited and researched many veterinary practices locally and even further afield, and Molesey Veterinary Centre is, without question, the best veterinary practice I have ever experienced. Yes, I have occasionally had to wait for emergency appointments. But I have never once assumed that the team were "doing nothing." Veterinary emergencies are unpredictable, just like A&E in a human hospital. If another family is saying goodbye to a beloved pet, or an animal's life is being saved, I would much rather wait than expect my appointment to come first. In fact, there have been occasions where I have happily let another emergency patient go ahead of me because I know how frightening it is when your beloved pet is unwell. We all love our animals, and sometimes showing a little patience and understanding makes a huge difference. I've also seen something else that deserves recognition: this practice has never tried to charge me unnecessarily. They have always been honest, fair and focused on what is genuinely best for my pets rather than what is most profitable. That level of integrity is rare. I also think it's important to remember that vets are human beings. They have an incredibly demanding job where they save lives, comfort grieving families, deliver difficult news and make heartbreaking decisions every single day. If they ask owners to follow safety rules inside the practice, they're doing so to protect every animal, every client and every member of staff. No veterinary practice is perfect, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But my own experience over many appointments has been consistently outstanding. Because of Dr. Nic, Dr. Darren and the entire team, I sleep better at night knowing my four babies are in safe hands. Thank you, Molesey Veterinary Centre, for everything you have done for Jovi, Joi, Jiya and Jina. Your compassion, dedication and hard work mean far more than words can express. You have made an enormous difference to my little family, and I will always be grateful. ❤️

  I am delighted with the care and guidance Nic has given me. She has seen several of our rabbits and her knowledge is incredible. Nic’s communicates clearly and I always feel confident after my visit.

  I have taken a variety of pets to MVC, including my cats, ducks, and even my axolotl, for both general care and more complex medical issues, and every experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are caring, compassionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable, and I have always felt reassured that my animals were in safe and capable hands - I could not recommend them more highly!

  We’ve been going to this awesome vets for about three or four years now. They saved our dog Watsons life when he had pancreatitis and our normal vets said they couldn’t see him for two days. Molesey vets saw him and admitted him immediately even though they were run off their feet themselves. They knew leaving him would not end well. We then switched over to them and recently had a lovely looking bladder stone removed from, Tess our other dogs bladder. They’re always so attentive and caring. The entire team are just fantastic and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  TRUSTING, CARING, SMART and SYMPATHETIC - Molesey Veterinary Centre are all of these! Darren and his team are AMAZING and all are really top Vets which we highly recommend whether registering with a new puppy/kitten or older animals where you know they will be treated so well and do the best for them. They are really knowledgable about all kinds of animals and always know what to do with a kind and positive energy. If you have an emergency at night, they have the 24/7 emergency care next door which is excellent. I have been taking my dogs, hamsters and exotic reptiles to them for 20 years and really trust them and know they care about me and my pets and that they will do the best possible job!
