Im sorry to give a low score. People are friendly etc. I took my elderly cat for vaccination. Was told my cat had joint problems which i accepted. But was otherwise in good condition. A few days later had to call emergency vet out. As my cat couldnt walk and was having fits. Was informed she had a growth. Which hadnt been picked up on check up. I had to have her put to sleep. I feel the vets should have picked up more when she went for her vaccination and health check.

Excellent pet-first care from start to finish. Pleased to see Covid-19 safety measures in place and taken seriously. Face coverings required before entering the building. Staff greeted me shortly after I arrived, taking me through the new process and giving me a short form to fill in. The staff clearly adore animals - especially one of the veterinary nurses who went all gooey-eyed (in a good way) around a happy dog. I was told by another nearby vet that I could only get my pets checked out in Sheen. Fortunately, I found Willett House via Google and gave them a call. I have two male degu's, a species not catered for by most local vets. Spark and Atom were looked after during their short visit (20 minutes in a separate waiting room and then during their 10 minute appointment). When they were returned to me, both were quiet, calm and not stressed. The nurse who cared for them had managed to carefully remove the foreign body on one of my pets eyes. Price was fine. £39.50 for a consultation (for both small animals). Highly recommend.

I have taken both my dogs here for over 4 years. They are fabulous. Always friendly and helpful. And most importantly have brought both my dogs back to health when sick. I also had to have my old cat put to sleep, and the situation was handled so very thoughtfully. With genuine sympathy and support. I highly recommend this surgery.

Vicky and all the staff at Willett House have supported me through not only the saddest days with compassion and warmth, but are now sharing in the joy of the 2 newest members of our family. They are fantastic vets with amazing facilities and knowledge across their veterinary team. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I trust every member of their staff whole heartedly. My pets are happy to go to the vets and that speaks volumes to the care they receive. Thank you team Hampton! X
