Simply exceptional and I wish we’d found them sooner! Having listened to Dr Vanessa on the radio my Mum recommended a visit to The Vet Station for a second opinion and we’ve not looked back. Whilst operating as a business it is clear that the whole team put the wellbeing of all the animals in their care at the heart and forefront of all their endeavours and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. From front of house reception to the nurses, to the Vets everyone at this practice is a true delight to deal with. They are competitively priced, empathetic and have a fantastic range of complementary services (such as a physio who works with the practice). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

This is the best vet I've ever been to. I'm Chinese and I don't understand English very well, but the doctor was very patient and used simple words to help me understand. The examination for my cat was very thorough. After applying the medicine at home, the wound showed obvious improvement. My cat Jinbao became the lively and mischievous little cat he used to be at night. Seeing Jinbao feeling better has lifted my mood so much. Thank you to this vet clinic."

Extremely helpful, and professional. Skyla needed to have an operation for her cruciate ligament. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover the whole procedure, but luckily the Vet station came in with a much better price than I had been quoted by my previous vet’s. Skyla is currently seeing the Physio who works alongside the Vet station, and we’ve been very impressed with this service too.

So glad to have found The Vet Station with my dog Molly, who has complex orthopaedic issues which the previous vet struggled with. Very friendly and knowledgable, it was clear from other clients in the surgery how well-thought of they are in the local community. An absolute plus that they are independent too. Dr Vanessa is patiently helping me to navigate Molly’s next procedure. Thank you 🙏
