  Our cat owes his life to these amazing people, we had a critical emergency situation with our cat and they got on straight away with it. Absolute professionals, our guy wouldn't have seen another day without their critical decision making with the odds against him, but he has pulled through only due to their skill, knowledge and hardwork. They where amazing at being transparent of costs and updating us on each stage. It was easy to be able to drop him off at the Newark overnight care facility, just a short drive away which they rang us to keep us updated too. They've also taken care of all our insurance claims so we've been able to focus on aftercare for our guy. Truly amazing, friendly helpful staff every time we've visited.

  Nice small vet practice. Friendly staff. Took my dog for bva/kc eye tests with Paul McPherson. Paul and the nurse were very informative and talked throughout the process telling me what they were doing and why. Plenty of parking around the back of the building.

  The staff, from the welcome at reception through to seeing the vet, made our first visit with pup an absolute pleasure. Phone calls are answered promptly by a human and always make us feel nothing is too much trouble. The facilities themselves are top-notch, first rate, and absolutely spotless. 5 star all round.
