What a wonderful practice. Dr Heston is kind, knowledgeable and personable. Exactly what we were looking for - an independent vet who cares, and not a faceless corporate which sadly our now 'former' vet has become. One very happy and grateful new client!

Would never go anywhere else again. 10/10 experience, such kind staff and amazing care for the animals, they made the whole process so much less anxiety inducing for me and my dog and I felt confident they would do what's best for her no matter what. Honestly cant recommend enough.

Visited Newgate Vets today to register our cat and get her checked out for the first time. A lovely place with very kind staff. So refreshing and reassuring to chat to William and his team knowing that Holly will be in their safe hands rather than a faceless corporate vets charging extortionate prices. Fabulous experience, thank you! Carol

Absolutely outstanding veterinary practice! Newgrange Vets are, without a doubt, the best veterinary practice in Nottingham — and we’ve had experience with quite a few over the years. They combine genuine care, skill, and attention with the most modern, up-to-date treatments and knowledge. My dog Ellie has quite a few complex issues, and I’ll admit I can be a fairly fussy client — but Will and the entire team have been nothing short of amazing. They’ve taken the most incredible care of Ellie, always treating her (and me!) with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Every visit feels personal, and it’s clear how passionate they all are about what they do. It’s rare to find such a caring and attentive team who truly go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Newgrange Vets and Will more highly — they’re an absolute gem of a practice.

My dog was really starting to suffer with arthritis in his joints, he’s just had x-rays and stem cells targeted to his worst joints. It’s made a massive difference and it’s only been a week. I’m so happy with his treatment and level of care he received. Such a great, friendly practice
