  I cannot recommend Will at New Grange vets enough.After a very bad experience with another vet, I was given Will’s name and decided to give his practice a try- and I’m so glad I did. I’ve now taken both of my fur babies to him, and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Will is an amazing vet. The connection he has with animals is incredible, and the way he treated my cats was truly heartwarming.You can immediately tell that he genuinely cares, not just about the pets, but their owners too. He is kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly.Its such a relief to finally feel complete trust and confidence in a vet after such a terrible experience elsewhere.New grange vets will be the only place I take my fur babies.   What a wonderful practice. Dr Heston is kind, knowledgeable and personable. Exactly what we were looking for - an independent vet who cares, and not a faceless corporate which sadly our now 'former' vet has become. One very happy and grateful new client!

  Would never go anywhere else again. 10/10 experience, such kind staff and amazing care for the animals, they made the whole process so much less anxiety inducing for me and my dog and I felt confident they would do what's best for her no matter what. Honestly cant recommend enough.

  My dog was really starting to suffer with arthritis in his joints, he’s just had x-rays and stem cells targeted to his worst joints. It’s made a massive difference and it’s only been a week. I’m so happy with his treatment and level of care he received. Such a great, friendly practice
