I won’t go into details. But we have since changed vets after being with these guys for nearly 10 years. After a saddening appointment where our pet was refused medication due to the vets personal beliefs.
Read on Google →I brought my guinea pig here, he ended up having cancer. The vet who handled him was no offense not experienced with guinea pigs. Handled him poorly, and wasn’t able to detect that it was cancer. She actually told us not to worry… We went to cat and rabbit clinic, who is well known for guinea pig care. They diagnosed his cancer, and unfortunately Phillip ended up passing. But please don’t bring your guinea pig here it’s a waste of money and time
Read on Google →This used to be a good vets, in recent years its been taken over by a corporation . Since this has occurred, you need to remortgage your property to be able to pay for the most expensive treatment option. This is because the corporations tell the vets to offer the most expensive option so that the corporations can maximise they're profits. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING!!!
Read on Google →People in the Stoke Road centre always take really good care of pets and they are nice with people. You can order treatments online or the phone to be sent home. The pet club cost has increased a bit too much in the last few years, reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5. Overall a reliable and friendly vet service for the furry babies.
