  I cannot fault this company on my first experience with them, I was worried about my newly brought home kitten passing blood and rang the emergency cockermouth number out of hours that got me an appointment in maryport as soon as they opened! I was seen promptly and the vet was fantastic with my Gorgeous boy and he even purred when she picked him up. She settled all my fears and answered my questions to calm me and helped my lovely boy who's now starting to feel much better. Thank you so much.

  Had my dog in to be neutered. The service was excellent with veterinary nurse taking the time to talk through everything. Was able to pick "Buddy" up after only 3 and a bit hours, much sooner than I expected. Would highly recommend Millcroft, though not sure Buddy would! 😀

  Brought my cat in for booster shots and health check. Both the receptionist and vet had a very pleasant personality and manner. Vet listened and responded with initiative, competence, knowledge and interest. As a result (as much as could be expected) my cat had a pretty stress free experience and so did I.
