  1 male vet forcefully rammed a needle in my dogs neck so hard for no reason and was completely sickening to witness,me and my wife witnessed the force he used what was completely unnecessary and my dog yelped and turned around to bite this male vet in defense, my dog is not at all aggressive and has been fine with all other injections that women done and my dog has never had issues with needles at all in the past before this incident, just this time when this guy literally stabbed my dog with brute force !!! Your supposed to care about animals and customers pets but this is not the case!!! This vet has failed to callback my wife on multiple occassions and when we had a callout the vet called Andrew spoke to my wife and did not bother to even look at me,greet or aknowledge me at all i found him very rude,who does that,go to someones house and not even look at you or say anything? So they have lost custom now,i will not use them again they are useless and rude and their little white van driver cannot drive and rides up the behind of other road users that i witnessed when riding my motorcycle and also caught it on my insta 360 camera Edit after reply : There is no point contacting you on the email address you provided because it will not solve the issue or get the vet sacked or my complaint taken seriously at all. My dogs yearly injection is now a nightmare and she is full of fear with vets now what never was the case and that fear will never go away thanks to you, so could you please then explain any actual point of me contacting you on the email you provided? All what will happen is you will probably have a word with the tall male vet who came out and he will continue to be allowed to work there,or actually because clients emails never get responded to i doubt anyone will even speak to him anyway,so for these reasons i struggle to belive you will take my compliant seriously or even respond at all. Also your van drivers should not be allowed to tear around Anglesey whilst dangerously tail gaiting other road users,that is until i report them to the police and provide my footage for dangerous driving. Please tell me now you know all this why should i contact this email address you provided i would love to know? I would rather go to trading standards and the police for your van drivers with my insta 360 footage which is shocking. So is the service we received and how me and my wife and i witnessed how rough 2 different male vets were and they used a ridiculous amount of force to ram a needle injection into my dogs ok with you and how will this now nkt ever affect my dog because it has jn a massibe way,she is not the same nkw thanks to these 2 males??? It is digusting and totally unacceptable,it was clearly uncalled for and easily classed as animal abuse and it was for no reason at all im actually speechless and now my dog is full of fear thanks to you!!! Please let me know how you intend to fix this because i want trading standards to know about all this and i want to report 2 of your male vets to whoever i can to get this looked into and then show the police your van drivers footage that i caught of them!!!

  Carmen is a lovely gentle knowledgeable vet. Highly recommended particularly good with young and nervous pets The receptionist are welcoming and helpful I have found all the vets approachable and they listen to the client always a bonus It's always clean and tidy with easy parking I never have to wait very long and like the buzzer system if you want to wait in the car with uour pet

  What a lovely first introduction to the staff. They really made Luna feel comfortable. They also helped with a pet monthly care scheme which offered great benefits so it made complete sense to do that. Very helpful advise offered.
