What a lovely first introduction to the staff. They really made Luna feel comfortable. They also helped with a pet monthly care scheme which offered great benefits so it made complete sense to do that. Very helpful advise offered.

Used this practice for over 30yrs ...from. the small business in Rhosneigr to how large it's become today .Have had an issue or two ...but these have always been resolved quickly and with professionalism. Our only concern is the loss of overnight availability in the event of an emergency. As also many practices don't provide these days , which is very concerning. Each appointment we've had , we've been met with a welcoming attitude to both us and our dogs .With clear information given and advice of how to proceed with any diagnosis. As everywhere atm...the prices have increased significantly. Especially consultation fee.It is a worry .Our faith in the practice is still good , and would recommend them.

The staff are very friendly as always, Twm and Milo love going to the vets because the vet gets them to chill and gives them biscuits before he / she starts the treatment. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Well done.
