Attended the clinic on 9th of Feb with a cat that we had taken in after the owner had sadly passed away our Fred which we had taken too and loved so much he was an absolute one of a kind unfortunately we had no background history for him and found out that he had many health issues and a massive tumor in his stomach and the kindest thing for our fur baby was to set him free …Myself and my daughter wish to thank you all at this wonderful practice for your kindness, empathy, and care during our visit and beyond and even though it killed me receiving the most beautiful card with hand written message and wild flowers in rememberance of our Fred meant the world Thank you all you are all very special people.Mari and Awel

They made us and our dog feel so relaxed and calm on such a very sad day, he just went to sleep peacefully. Thank you again to all the caring staff. Sally and Stewart 🩷🩵🐶
Read on Google →We attended the Emergency Out of Hours service at Parc Vetcare today, and we were so grateful for the care and service provided this evening. The Vet, Vet Nurse and Reception staff all did their best in the situation, and we were really pleased with the service provided. I felt listened to as a concerned Owner, and came away feeling like a valued Customer. Really hoping that our Dog will make a full and fast recovery. It's very reassuring to know that we can count on this practice if we need to use Emergency / Out of Hours again in the future. Diolch yn fawr.
Read on Google →I have to highly praise the staff for how we were treated last Thursday 10.15 on 13th Nov. Having had beautiful 9 dogs, 2 rabbits, 2 budgies, 1 peacock all at different times over the years. As a family I have to tell you, that in all that time we have Never experienced from other vets the treatment this surgery gives. I have no name for the Lady vet who we saw 13th Nov Thursday evening. BUT she showed such caring, kindness, compassion and empathy in All she did. I was guided with no rushing, what decision I had waiting ahead of me. ItWas what many animal lovers go through very tough, but Siani my so much loved 14 Yr old collie needed to be out of any pain. The walks of 3 times daily had been hard for her, no animal should be suffering. Even now I, and family will Never ever forget Siani. SHE now, has a beautiful resting place, just where she enjoyed under the apple tree where she would get her shade from the sun. Out of all the Vets we registered with over the years,None not One found time to even write a letter to me, offering time to talk at any time, She the lady vet showed SO much Kindness, Compassion, Empathy, but this lady vet did give her Own time to put pen to paper which I will forever keep. She, Siani is at peace now, we gave her all and much more love, like she gave to me. I miss her so, so much. Thank you, to an extremely kind lady vet. Sorry I can only remember you by the nice small scarf that you had in the front of your hair. Diolch J. Ap

It was long busy evening, but the staff were so lovely and caring. As heartbreaking as it is, I truly believe that Harry is now up with his best pal Ollie who I lost Last November 11th. I think Ollie brought me Nugget so he could come and claim his mate Harry. Run Free my boys And Thank you again Hugh and the lovely vet nurses your a great team xxx Bonnie and Nugget xx
