Appointment was fine, no issues with the vet, but there was no availability for the operation they said my dog required, had to go to a different practice for the procedure

Without a shadow of a doubt the most outstanding customer service I have received at a Vets practice. Very focussed on the welfare of my dog and so caring. I highly recommend, a massive thanks to the vet and staff at Medivet.

Our first visit went smoothly. Location was easy enough to find. Booking online was simple and follow up text for appointment was helpful. Even with a few other dogs waiting the room was spacious enough for us all to keep distance if we needed it. Staff all friendly and made for a stress free first visit.

We always find that the staff are more than happy to help and answer any questions. The vets was extremely considerate of our pets problems and gave us timely advice. Having been referred to another vet practice for a CT scan, we were relieved to know that the problem wasn't as bad as we thought. As we were referred so quickly were were able to get a diagnosis the next day. The vet was able to give us a number of possible causes of our pets problems, but advised that we would know more with further investigation. We are very grateful for the help of everyone and we have continued faith in their help and advice.
