Have used this vet surgery for over 10 years. Attend every 6 months consistently due to diabetic dog. So disappointed that on my recent visit, the private prescriptions have yet again been increased in price. 78% increase in 18 months, ridiculous as its still a piece of paper, unless the price of pulp has increased in price like gold. Have challenged this increase along with a sudden charge of disposing of syringes despite no charge previously, just hope I receive a constructive response. The reception staff however, are lovely and helpful.

I am a regular customer at this vet. This time it was for our dog. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The vet who saw us helped put my mind at rest regarding my dogs condition. My only negative is that the cost of treatment is through the roof!! But I think it's the same at most vets these days and the parking is still rubbish.

Was welcomed by the team when I took my cocker spaniel, Cookie for her first visit. They were very helpful and helpful cookie whilst I rummaged for payment. The vet was very informative, and Cookie didn't flinch when she had her first vaccination and microchip, (which was a very thick needle) overall very satisfied. The only downside was a little lack of time for me to ask questions...

Went for a free nose to tail check up for our elderly cat. No pushed sales just honest assessment of him. Luckily he came away with a good bill.of health. Advised us on food etc and even trimmed his nails. Excellent service and will definitely be my first port of call if there services are needed again. Well done
