We was away from home at our caravan and needed to see a vet ASAP for our cocker ruby who had hurt her leg. The process form ringing this morning to getting her an app and registered was brilliant and she was seen more or less a hour later. The reception lady and the vet was out of this world, Absolutely amazing. 💯 recommend this vet

All staff were very helpful, caring and courteous. They quickly gave us an appointment for Alfie who had injured one of his dew claws. He is now on his way to making a full recover. Thank you.

The best vets in our area in my opinion - we use both Partington and Swanland practices. We particularly rate Paul Knott for our exotics. Albeit we have seen other vets at Medivet on occasion and been happy, Paul is just so so knowledgeable, kind and absolutely honest when he needs to help us reach decisions with our pets; I can't lie that we think he's the best and we always book him when we can. He has treated many rodents for us, plus our Ackie Monitor lizard, our boa constrictor and our ducks. We did have a very bad experience with the old manager, Liz, but see on the staff page she no longer works for the practice, hence I can now give a glowing review without any upset. As inspired by Bambi, if you can't say something nice (or at least constructive) , say nothing at all... I couldn't have been like that whilst Liz still worked there. Paul is really the only reason we did not totally move our custom elsewhere and all other interactions with other team members have been positive. Attached photos of a few of our babies Paul has treated over the years. Well done Medivet, glad to have you and your team in the area 👍
