Lovely vets. All staff are helpfull and kind. The carpark has lots of space ✨️ Even a bit so you can sit with your pet before you need to go inside. Excellent communication about appointments. Text reminders fir appointment medication refill and updates. The staff on reception are superb. The face of the surgery. Every time there helpfull. Kind. Well infirmed, but if the did not know they say and find an answer. To be thanked. Big time. I have seen how kind they are ti others when it's end if life care. And although one day it will be us. Not yet. But I feel better seeing how kind they have been to others. Thank you. X ❤️ Only thing there are no customer toilets, accesable woukd be good. You have a ramp on the way in. Superb. All rooms accessible. So possable just a thought. No marked accessible bays to park but plenty of space to hang over a bay or the pavement space to open the car door. As for cost they are helpfull. Discuss options. Help with contacting the insurance if you have it. They were very kind discussing blood tests in the summer as they do cost. I mentioned insurance. And it was covered so we all breathed really. So kind! To not have embarrassed me. Helped find specalist that we needed who were fantastic as well. A good network. Who do not try to di anything just to make money. Only for the care of the animals. Nice team to take care of all our pets. They care for our pets and as owners. So please give your staff a honour 🎖 say extra days off, or at least coffee breaks with posh chocolate biscuits 😋 they deserve it. Lots of paws 🐾 up from this end, thank you!
