I can't fault the care my cat received from Eastfield Vets during the most difficult goodbye. From the moment we arrived, the team treated my cat with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. They took the time to ensure they were comfortable and peaceful throughout, explaining everything clearly and never making us feel rushed. It was obvious that my cat's welfare was their priority every step of the way. The staff were calm, professional, and sincerely caring. Their compassion felt genuine rather than overdone, which I really appreciated during such an emotional time. They also checked in on me throughout the process and made sure I understood what was happening. One of the most thoughtful gestures was offering paw prints as a keepsake. It's something I'll always treasure and a lasting reminder of my beloved cat. I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team for treating my cat with such dignity, kindness, and respect. They made an incredibly painful experience a little easier, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
