This little guy’s first visit to the vets. Everyone in reception was amazing, friendly and made his experience enjoyable. The vet gave us loads of advice about behaviour and how to manage a puppy. Excellent service and highly recommend

Vet was very good with our dog sugar as she doesn’t like going to the vets. But she checked her over and gave her the yearly injections with no problems. The staff are so friendly. Would highly recommend.

I would have loved to have given this practise 5 stars, especially considering how kind and helpful the ladies are there! However I was absolutely gobsmacked to find that the practice is charging more than 100% times the actual cost of medicating!! I recently paid just short of £200 for some allergy medications, I went online and found another legal prescription service that charged just short of £100!! Apparently by law or at least by September 2026 all vets need to give you the opportunity of purchasing your medication from other suppliers, far more cost effective ones. I never recieved a price breakdown for any of the medication, just a total bill for all 3 items. Ear cleanser, anti bac shampoo and meds that cost £2 a tablet should not have ever come to £200. The ear cleaner and shampoo can be bought over the counter at most pet shops for less than quarter of the price. Its absolutely barbaric taking advantage of their customers in this way, no cost transparency what so ever, hmm I wonder why? Check out 'Pet Drugs Online' for over 100% savings on your pets medication. Its time these companies stop ✋️ taking advantage of us and trapping us in a market controlled purely for profit. You are entitled to ask for your prescription and the vets must oblige.
