I placed an order which I then needed to change. The good thing about VioVet is that you can amend orders after payment and before shipping. It does take longer for VioVet to ship your order - up to 10 days. So if you need anything quick don't use VioVet. Apart from that they are quite competitive in pricing. Could do with improving their range of products for Rabbits though.

Absolutely brilliant. Delivery exceptional. The courier respected my property and was very polite. I would not hesitate to order via this company again. A big thank you.

Have recently changed to Viovet, their price was more competitive on the giant breed dog food we purchase and they are more flexible on delivery times. Plenty of notice given on save and subscribe and always deliver in 1 working day which is a really good service compared to a lot of other companies. Would definitely recommend 😊

Prices quoted were competitive with other suppliers. The capsules arrived exactly when you said they would. Can't ask for more. Daniel is pleased too! (He is the golden Lurcher cross in the photo)

I regularly order 20kg of fox and badger food, in order to meet the minimum for postage. However, although it arrives promptly, the packaging is appalling, and I keep complaining and asking them to use a more suitable system. They divide the order into two boxes of five bags each but then they don't add anything ot stop them moving around and the outer box arrives half open or ripped.
