Brilliant services and very professional veterinary clinic I would recommend. Vicki was very professional and explained to us in every detail what would happen on our visit needless to say at the end we had one happy dog.

Very caring staff, the vets, hydrotherapists, nurses and reception staff. They treat us and our dogs as individuals. It's good the practice is independent and not part of a conglomerate.

Vet booked the puppy in for vaccination and health check(£48). Upon arrival they realised they messed up and he was booked in too early as he was too young but continued to do a health check. Then charged £87 with no explanation, tried to get a refund but they said I did not argue about it face to face so it was denied. Would not recommend this vets to anyone who does not have money to throw away.
