  I returned back to medivets Islington after having an awful experience with another vet. Toby has been in the best care here and it was lovely to be back and get Toby seen treated with care and patience. Dr David and staff are excellent, I can’t recommend them enough. Going to other vets for cheaper treatment it’s not an option , lesson learned.

  My dog sunnie had grass seed, logged in his paw. So had to be sedated to get it removed. £800! One of the fees being having to hold him in. He “went in for the surgery”at 9am. I called at 1:20 to see when he could be picked up. To hear they haven’t started on him. My dog has a very soft temperament and hates being in kennels. This was never once brought to my attention, that he would be stuck in a kennel all day. Whilst on the phone the staff was very rude and dismissive. I don’t see why it should be a fee to keep my dog in a kennel all day when I had already voiced that I’m not at work so can bring him in at any time and pick him up at anytime. It’s all about money for most of these vets. It’s so sad to see.

  Always helpful. Really happy with these vets. Receptionists are kind and knowledgable. The vets are great - they look after my dog and cat so well. This time, my beagle had various symptoms including diarrhoea - I was given practical advice for managing it and clear instructions for what to do next if she doesn’t improve.

  This practice have been caring for our 11 year old Cockapoo since she was a puppy. I have absolute faith and trust in David (vet) and Grace (vet) and could not recommend them highly enough. All the staff are welcoming, caring and efficient.
