I honestly can’t recommend this surgery highly enough. Yesterday I had a terrifying emergency with my son’s dog, Star, who I’m currently looking after. She had a chew lodged deep in her throat and was struggling to breathe. I was in total panic, and poor little Star was extremely distressed. I rushed her to East-The-Water Vets, but the vet was away from the surgery at the time. Without hesitation, Sarah — one of the amazing team — jumped straight into my car to help. She held my very distressed dog and calmly guided me as we drove across the river to Witten Park Vets. There, the wonderful Vet Amanda quickly removed the chew from Star’s throat. They saved her! And they didn’t even charge me. The support, compassion and kindness shown to both me and Star was truly heartwarming. Vets and vet nurses often get such unfair criticism, but these incredible people went completely above and beyond when we needed them most. I can’t thank you all enough for the care, professionalism and genuine love you showed yesterday. You are absolute stars.

Best vets we’ve ever used for our cats. From the friendly, helpful reception staff to the nurses and vets that we entrust our cat family to. We have 4 much loved cats and they take care of each and every one of them whenever we need them to. Totally recommend 5*

Carrie gave our young Vizsla his annual booster & health check. He's a bit of a wuss, but, she handled him beautifully and he didn't feel a thing. She's a superb vet, as is Henry - these being the vets I see most regularly. I would recommend the Pet Plan. It is good value & takes the sting out of routine costs, especially with 3 dogs to look after. Thank you Carrie.

I have a very anxious Labrador who has been impossible to get into the vets as she has had a medical condition in the past. I cannot praise Sarah receptionist and Katherine the vet at East of the Water too highly. Sarah played games with Asha so she relaxed and even managed to get her on the scales. Thank you both so much for the kindness and support. Very happy customer
