Absolutely arrogant and shocking experience with ahc and general care ! The vet specifically who stated that she is the “ manager “ all she does is just trying to cover herself for her mistakes… A quick note: you do not need to be arrogant I suggest you love your job a little more Best wishes

I was a client for over 10 years through all the many stand in vets and all were kind and helpful.. then Nicole turned up! The most unprofessional uncaring vet I have ever met!! Talked over you constantly never prepared for any consultation and never listened!! Always running late for appointments! Couldn’t find any history of my pet even though all the other vets had it!! And when I moved vets due to the poor treatment i received she has not even sent across vital medication information!! I would avoid medivet croydon like the plague !! This vet is unprofessional/rude not only to the client also to her team who have been their many years. I would say if it was not for Claire and Jo at that practice I dread to think the state it would be in! A real shame !! AVOID AVOID!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Medivet! The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and caring throughout the visit. They made sure my little puppy, Koi, felt safe and comfortable during his first visit and vaccination, which meant so much to me. I’m extremely thankful for the lovely care and for making Koi’s first experience such an enjoyable one. Highly recommend!

Seen on time for our appointment. The vet on call was thorough and very good with my slightly grumpy cat. She explained everything clearly. I was reassured by the visit. The member of staff at the desk was, as always, very helpful and pleasant.
