  Difficult to find a vet that deals with birds so very happy to find one that is local to me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beak needed trimming which was undertaken with great result. Was informed of reasons why it happened and have great advice and suggestions for dietary changes and suitable foods. Great service and incredibly reasonable fee. Definitely would recommend this practice

  Our dog initially was anxious, but soon calmed down so vet could do his annual check and give his vaccines & kennel cough good job to the vet!

  We have had a previous chihuahua here and unfortunately he passed from throat cancer but they helped us with his care and even tho the outcome wasn’t what we wanted they were very understanding and we felt at ease with them. They did all they could but we called it at the end as wasn’t kind. We now have two more chihuahuas which were there but we have now moved due to wanting a place nearer which wasn’t an easy decision as for us there service is excellent, front desk is exceptional also. Very friendly and polite and always been hugely helpful. Upset to leave but the distance is now an issue so we had no choice. I would always highly recommend here and I wish we could have stayed as we feel relaxed here and the dogs do too. Keep up the exceptional work guys….

  We recently joined this vet for our cat. We needed to find a vet closer to home which is possible to get to by tram or bus, but also had the option of parking close by. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.
