I have used Medivet Cheshunt for the past 15yrs for all of my cats and dog. Honestly the best vets in the country. My two fave people are veterinary Lindsey and the wonderful receptionist, Jenny. 10/10 all round 🥇

I have been registered with Medivet Cheshunt branch for 14 years and on my most recent visit after years of not attending I found that at reception 3 young members of staff were at the front desk discussing upcoming holidays to Florida, leaving one older lady to check me in and take my details. The veterinary doctor himself was efficient but had no rapport with me or my cat. He was simply there to ask the questions and fill in the details on screen. When I simply asked about the course of steriods my cat had to take, he replied, "I'm not there yet." Having had this experience and then 4 days later having to make an emergency appointment at Medivet Cuffley, I have now decided to go there for future visits as the staff at Cuffley were outstanding, friendly, helpful, comforting and knowledgeable. The experience from start to finish was exceptionally good from the lady at reception to the veterinary doctor called Pearly's knowledge, advice and wisdom.

I Sandra SMYTH (not Robert) visited Medivet with Woody this morning as I did last Friday with my other cat, Jessie, have just switched to Medivet as closer to where I live. I am very impressed with the staff there, including the vet, they were very friendly and welcoming. I feel I made the right decision, I like that Medivet is just round the corner from where I live Thank you Medivet Cheshunt

Have been with Medivet for years and so when my cat came home recently in the early evening limping badly I called them and although clinic was soon to close they offered to see him. I am grateful my cat did not have to wait overnight for a diagnosis and medication.

The reception staff and nurses are great and friendly however the Vets not so much, unfortunately they let the team down. The vets are rude, patronising and dismissive. They make the whole experience horrible. They should learn to be a bit more friendly and attentive especially to new pet owners. It’s easy to book appointments and the reception staff/nurses are the reason I chose to stay.
