I would 100% recommend this vets- Specifically Bethany as a vet however every member of staff I dealt with was lovely. I moved my dog Jessie from a corporate vets to this independent when her vet- Beth- moved there. In addition to her vets incredible care and love that I’ll never be able to thank her enough for the receptionists were kind and the small details I noticed- like tasty pastes available to help nervous dogs onto scales, water bowls in reception- went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Broxbourne vets/ Beth for your care and support with Jessie and I over the last year of her life ❤️🩹
Read on Google →My cat was on the brink of death after a horrible fight with infections running rampant in his body. Couldn’t breathe or eat at all, within 1 day of him being here he came back and ate up the whole house and is almost back to normal already. Best vet i've ever been to. thank you so much and I can tell you Thomas is thanking you too
Read on Google →The vets are excellent. However, the reception staff have obviously been taking lessons from doctors receptionists! My dog went in for an operation and came out with fleas. No apology from the practice manager after I complained. She just said they got dogs in with fleas and it’s bound to happen! All I wanted her to say was I’m really sorry about that and I would have been happy! Today I have changed vet’s, which I’m sad about as I really liked the vets and nursing staff. I thought - after booking an appointment online - that it was for today, but it was for the first appointment they had, in 10 days! My dog was in pain. She said I could call in at 8.30 tomorrow, but then she added that there were no appointments this week. I asked for some painkillers for my dog but was told no. She was disinterested, dismissive and obviously couldn’t give a damn. She needs another job
Read on Google →Had a very emotional experience of having to put our 20 year old cat to sleep this week. Beth and the rest of the staff made us feel so comfortable with a very diffucult experience. I cant speak highly enough about their professionalism, empathy and their obvious love of the pets they deal with. I couldnt go in the vets as i was rather upset so my partner went in but Beth came outside ro talk to me by our car which i hadnt expected. Beth's communication of our cats condition and what was best for her was very clear and comforting knowing we were doing thd right thing for Betsie. A terribly sad experience but handled in the best possible way. Cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you. Jill and Steve
