Rude and unprofessional! 10pm and they lied and said the flooded and closed roads were now open but they weren’t. Drove over an hour with broken fingers from the ordeal and he didn’t even look at my dog with his ripped and bleeding eye before saying I had to sit several hours. Why couldn’t they tell me this before hand. Left two kids at home, I drove three hours with a dog that’s eye was badly damaged and then their rude, don’t look and walk out of the room before I walked out. Disgusting. This keeps getting deleted for some reason so I’ll put it everywhere

Such a helpful, friendly & reassuring team! Having a very nervous dog always makes a trip to the vets daunting but everyone is always so brilliant. Very grateful, thank you!

Needed urgent advice for George the Cocker Spaniel by telephone as away from home. From the receptionist to the vet - the experience was of people who were very attentive, thorough and most of all concerned only about the patient. At a follow up in person, the reception staff were friendly and caring, and the vet was also extremely caring, concerned and kind to the patient. Possibly the nicest veterinary practice on earth.
