  James helped us say goodbye to our beloved Labrador a few days ago, turning an exceptionally hard moment into the most gentle and compassionate experience possible. He gave us all the time we needed with Nut, never making us feel rushed, and answered every question with genuine kindness and patience. Having James there to guide us made a very difficult time feel clear, peaceful, and deeply dignified. Thank you James.

  We said goodbye to our 13 year old GS Luna with great sadness. James and Suzi from Fond Farewell Pets were perfect for our needs. From the difficult telephone call I had to make, answered by Suzi who was so lovely, to James arriving at our home and bringing with him calm, compassion and kindness. Luna passed with her head and nose in my lap, all very peaceful and tranquil. Whilst sad, James made the transition a loving memory for our family. Both Suzi and James remained in touch, with a lovely communication through the post and ensuring that all the arrangements for the crematorium were not on our shoulders. Highly recommended.

  Very compassionate and efficient service from James when we suddenly had to have our beloved dog PTS. James covered everything you could think of including contacting the vets and pet insurance company, to returning our girls ashes back home where she belongs. He also helped put our minds at ease that we made the right decision. Thank you so much again for all your help at the hardest time!

  I am so grateful to have found Fond Farewell Vets. Being able to let our beloved cat, Mittens, pass peacefully at home, surrounded by love and familiar surroundings was a great comfort to us.   Fond Farewell provided an exceptional service at what was an incredibly difficult time for our family. They came highly recommended by our vet, and from the first contact through to the visit itself, their professionalism, kindness and sensitivity were clear. Saying goodbye was always going to be difficult but when the time came being able to help our dearly beloved doggo on his final journey at home felt absolutely right. The team from Fond Farewell handled everything with genuine compassion and calm reassurance, giving us the time and space we needed while ensuring our bestest boy remained peaceful and comfortable throughout. Being able to say goodbye at home, surrounded by the people who loved him most, meant a great deal to us and made a very hard moment feel more personal and dignified.
