It was heart breaking when my elderly very sick cat had to be put to sleep. The staff were incredible, compassionate, caring and truly empathetic to the situation. They took me and the cat into a side room and the nurse came in to look after us. Their care was second to none. I take my other pet to them and even though I travel quite far to get to this vet practice it is more than worth it for the genuine care and consideration they show to the pets.

This little team has been so patient polite and understanding. We own 2 rabbits Rainbow and comet who are the most stubborn bunnies. They are so hard to catch or treat. For the last couple of months they both started to have issues, everyone has been extremely kind and helpful . I work with clients and if one of me was to show up I think I would be rude to myself. So a massive THANK YOU , Rainbow and Comet do not understand but we do and we are extremely grateful .

The Marshalwicks team are professional, helpful and empathetic. They have done everything they can for our very poorly doggy over the past year. We are thankful for the care he continues to receive.

New rules, expected to be implemented throughout 2026, will also require disclosure of ownership and cap prescription fees. But any decent vet should be ahead of the curve and update their website accordingly and be transparent
