Absolutely disgusting money grabbing place do not use, read my trust piolet review for more informative response. Disgusting vets meant to care about animals and don't. Nurses are rude and speak about your whole buisness infront of everyone. They take no history from the animal there meant to be operating on!!!! And charge you more and more an more

These vets are nothing but money grabbers We took a poorly puppy into them in the early hours around 3am. Straight away £250 before they would even look at the puppy then a further £1 for treatment. They wanted to watch the puppy overnight (bearing in mind this is 3am) only to be told that will be another £700.Who has £1300 just so they can treat with a injection and monitor a 3 inch puppy. Absolutely disgusting and no wonder the whole vertinary business is being investigated. They are not interested in saving animals only to get as much money as possible. They would not even let my daughter out of the building to have a vape in a stressful situation until she paid. Oh and the puppy died so might as well of burnt the £450

I cannot thank Local Vets Oldbury enough for how they looked after my best bud, Ronnie! He was really struggling with cherry eye, and I was so worried about his sight and potential long-term issues if we didn't get it sorted quickly. The team made the surgery process as easy as a routine check-up. It was incredibly efficient—by the time I’d grabbed some breakfast around the corner, he was already out of surgery and happy to see me! Ronnie is now happier and more handsome than ever. Thank you so much to the whole team for saving his sight and improving his quality of life. Highly recommended!🦮

Karma our little princess has been having some teeth issues but being a Frenchie we have been and will be reluctant to any form of operations which the vet we met agreed, so we had some bloods done and it showed up a small infection so got pain killers and antibiotics and went home after a 3 hour round trip. Receptionist on Monday was very pleasant and helpful. Money never a concern just the safety and well being of our doggy daughter. Thanks
