  This Veterinary Centre really cares about providing a professional, yet empathetic service. Their approach to handling pets focuses on re-assurance and carrying out a check/procedure in a timely manner to minimise distress. This really puts their companions at ease.   It was very hard to say goodbye to my wonderful old lady of nearly 18 years and we were well supported and cared for throughout by the lovely veterinary nurse who couldn't have been kinder or more caring, thank you x

  We’ve been coming here with our 4 mini sausages for a couple of years and highly recommend it. Going to the vets is never going to be a massively pleasurable experience - either your beloved pet is ill and / or you’ve got a massive bill to pay! However, all the team here are friendly and put you at ease. They always make a fuss of our pups and show them lots of attention. They’re never too busy to answer any other questions or provide advice. I’ve also had the vet give me a call back to talk through some questions / concerns I had which was much appreciated. They always endeavour to get you in for your appointment on time which might be a little thing but important when you don’t want to be trying to keep a dog pacified while you’re having to wait longer than needed.

  DO NOT USE THESE VETS - DO NOT JOIN - OR MOVE YOUR ANIMAL ELSE WHERE. This vet is absolutely shocking, from the service on reception (Natalie doesnt have an idea what customer service is, she speaks to you like you are an inconvenience to her). The manager - IF ONE EXISTED! obviously does not witness the customer service she provides. You heard me right, the practice has no manager. Oh also - the email address to reach head office regarding complaints for the care we had received - nobody replies to multiple emails i have sent!! Nobody here cares at all, that is why the vets never get back to you for days on end and the receptionists think they can speak to you rudely with no care at all. I am so surprised this vets has any returning customers - bad advise, no knowledge as i basically prescribed my dog myself from what i had researched and absolutely no hierarchy to return any calls or emails with complaints!! i can guarantee i wont receive a reply again to this review either. Please trust me and move your custom to Catmose vets in Oakham!! They are newly opened - and believe me they care!!! another 5-10 minutes drive is well worth the years of care you will receive there.

  I honestly couldn’t ask for a better vet clinic for my cat, Prince. Every single visit he’s been treated with so much care and patience, and the team always make sure he’s comfortable ,he’s always a good boy & it’s clear he feels safe when he’s there. They explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and never make me feel rushed. I feel completely reassured knowing Prince is in such good hands. The reception team are always kind and welcoming too, which makes the whole experience less stressful for both of us. Thank you to everyone here for looking after Prince so well I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.
