  We were staying in Leicestershire when our dog Teddy needed an operation. Catmose vets were recommended to us by another vets and within two days Teddy was seen to. We can't thank Victor and the team enough for their kindness and professionalism for their amazing work in bringing Teddy back to his old self. We thought we might lose him but instead we have our lovely little dog all back to normal. And I would also like to add that we were not ripped off when it came to paying the bill. Thanks again to the amazing team at Catmose.

  We had our dog castration with Catmose. Everyone is very nice and attentive. The whole process was well supported and explained. Our dog needed more pain meds and they were quick to supply us with them same day. Lovely to have a local vets that are very friendly and attentive. We know our dog is in safe hands with them.

  We brought our dog Banger to Catmose Vets over Christmas when he was extremely poorly, later diagnosed with pancreatitis. After a prior overnight stay at the emergency vets, the team at Catmose met us at the door and had Banger settled into a comfy bed with his drip continued almost immediately. In such a frightening moment for us, their calm efficiency meant everything. Victor truly left no stone unturned in reaching Banger’s diagnosis. His professionalism, knowledge and kindness will never be forgotten. We are also incredibly grateful to nurse Kim, who cared for Banger as though he were her own, and to the lovely (and relatively new) receptionist whose name we unfortunately can’t remember. She regularly sent us photo updates and was always at the end of the phone with the calmest, most reassuring approach when updating us about Banger. Despite being very overprotective pet parents, we never once felt uneasy leaving Banger in their care. Every single member of staff was kind, caring and compassionate, a real credit to their profession. We sincerely hope we never have to experience another poorly episode with Banger again, but we are so reassured knowing that Catmose will be there if we ever do.   I am forever grateful to all at Catmose vets. My experience from joining them has been nothing shy of above and beyond excellent. All the staff have been so kind and professional dealing with our 10 Year spaniel who had advanced heart failure from joining. I was quoted silly prices from previous vet for scans and consultations. Catmose puts your pet first. I wish to thank Viktor and Kim especially for coming to our home to give Otto the most dignified end. Viktor and Kim asked if we had this experience before and were very mindful explaining the procedure and what was to follow. We were not rushed and were given privacy to spend time with Otto. Thank you

  Highly Recommended Hugo has been coming to the practice since we got him (8 weeks). From the initial contact the team have been great. Really good communication, kind, caring and patient whilst seeing seeing Hugo, and always go that extra mile to make sure we are happy!
